There's another great Portland a few thousand miles to the east :) I find that one to be much more relaxing, but it's harder to get to from Alaska.

Rather than “settling” for lower prices I would characterize it as, “they are underwater” or believe that real estate goes up forever. For buyers in the last 15 years it’s going to take time to understand the property ain’t worth what they paid for it.

My dad used to say... "Take the words out of your mouth and look at them, if they don't look right... out them back in!"
