I have used fieldbook.phenoapps.org. You need to import a csv of the samples, select the sample you are taking a pic of, or use QR code, and it renames the pics. There are training videos around. It can do a lot.

I saw you present in Madison. Halfway through, I realized there was no Sophia, and this is a Sophien. I also remember several controversies at that time in the MPMI field for unreproducible findings. Key concepts are: ‘assume best intentions’, ‘trust but verify’, and embracing competition/preprint.
