Unfortunately there are people planning system changes without knowing the impact or any care for the users.
And my team and I are always the ones who have to fix their mistakes. But I don't mind as long as it's not as bad as the last big one.

Yes. If you think about it, the mages in other parts of thedas didn't have the best life either. Locked away or forced to hide.

Templars too if we're honest. Indoctrinated to fear mages. Forced to attend harrowings and, if a mage failed, kill them immediately.

I mostly take the mages side. As I like that quest better.
In my own AU my OC Alba chose the mages (she's a mage) and sent her half sister (archer) to deal with the templars.
