「デジタルリテラシー」という言葉は、私が読み書きを覚えた頃から議論されてきた。今ではその真の意味が「コンピューターの問題を理解し、解決や回避方法を知っていること」から「コンピューターが常に正しく動作すると信じること」へと変化したのではないかと疑っている。
