recently saw Tim Urban (the waitbutwhy.com guy) sharing basically the same approach as his way to beat procrastination.

all the time spent not working (while being *at work*) eats away the free time after work.

that's a pretty powerful way to see waste 😅

it's one of the best overall brands in italy, but i've never tried it for pasta.

- recurring tasks on things, accomplish most of them in the morning before starting to work
- try inbox zero as much as possible (turn email to tasks on things or other)
- started keeping a one-file journal for 2025 where i dump everything that stays in my mind for more than a split second

super interesting, i've been thinking about this model as well, will probably try to shape something on these lines for 2025 as well.

on an unrelated note, i felt something was off with the headline, so i took the liberty to try a text-wrap: balance on it and it reads a bit nicer imo (before/after)
