The LIFE Programme this morning had a Christmas theme, with a focus on community. Year 7s came together for singing practice ready for their Carol Service next week, and years 8, 9 and 11 made Christmas cards to be sent out to residents in the local community via the Food Fleet.

A cancelled fixture gave us the opportunity to host a small Christmas netball tournament this evening. So lovely to see the mix of year groups getting to know and supporting each other. Purple team (non bibs) claimed overall victory! Well done everyone 👏🏻

In LIFE, Year 8 spent recent weeks studying COP30 before running their own Model COP. Today’s year-group final featured five thoughtful, well-researched speeches. Congratulations to all the finalists, and special praise to 8SSV for winning the overall competition. A great showcase of their effort!

Will (Y12) completed the National Autism Society’s “100 Miles in October” challenge, walking at least 5km every day and totalling 121.9 miles. He raised £450 for the charity—an amazing achievement showing real dedication and resilience!
