A thing I've noticed happening with myself since Covid (and even more so again since dad's heart attack) is I keep having freakouts about health stuff. And it's not stopping me from doing things but it is making them far more stressful than they need to be.

Crazy to me how people won't trust US news sources (which i do understand) but then back Russian and Chinese media as Totally Trustworthy just because there's a current of anti-american sentiment. Like the enemy of your enemy is not automatically your friend! Find reliable journalism and cop on.
