I had planned to take my 7yo to Democracy Lobby Day in Olympia but the 5yo being ill derailed that.

We've reached the barricade scene and 7yo asked, wide-eyed, "Is that what we were going to do in Olympia today?"

(I've been thinking about how feasible it would be to convert my weekly D&D group to a TLR group if we ever kill Strahd and wrap this campaign, so pondering how you "sell" TLR to D&D players a lot)

IMO "solving a strategic puzzle" is a big part of the drive for many fantasy gamers. Games with combat mechanics turn fights into puzzles and it feels good to "solve" them and be rewarded for a good strategy. TLR may scratch that same itch outside of combat

Bunch of gamewriters/industry folks as players. They always have the same characters but every adventure/chapter they switch systems. Every session has an accompanying talkback discussing how the game system and mechanics inform character stories and development.

Yes, that's true and bad. But I'm worried I'll be murdered by ICE and my kids will grow up without a mom. Please don't fund them.

"in jurisdictions where it is illegal" should have made the headline. They're not removing the "feature", just limiting their liability

it's what friends do.

(following you means we're friends yeah? That's how social media works? 😜)

I don't know if it's healthy for you to follow that account

In my last Public Access session one of my players said "I've been thinking about this game a lot-is this a group therapy session?"

(That makes our game sound not fun to play. It is! Horror and hijinks and everyone's having a blast! Any apparently also thinking deeply about it between sessions)

I can't wait to see it. The contrast between the ghostly legionnaires and the skeleton assault is so dramatic, very well framed.

Thank you!! I adored your sketch of Shelf!

Omg someone said it, thank you. People act like any response/retaliation is justified if infidelity was involved and that's just an insane take.
