They killed the parents of one of their group and also brainwashed several of their group into killing themselves. That landlord was also an 80 year old man who was trying to provide affordable housing in a notoriously high cost-of-living area. I hope they kill one of your loved ones next.

They weren't cancelled, State Farm didn't renew their policies which expired. And they've been doing this for almost a year now because they can't afford to keep these customers. Can't pay claims if you go bankrupt.

These customers were dropped last year. There's absolutely no legal requirement for State Farm to pay. If they try to take that to court, they will lose.

The state insurance commissioner is the whole reason why so many Californians got non-renewals. What did he think was going to happen when he wanted insurance to charge less in premiums than what it cost them?

But it's not all of CA where you can't get insurance. If not a single insurer is willing to insure your property, there's probably a reason.

You aren't required to have home insurance. Mortgage companies require it because they would be fucked if your house burned down and you just decided not to pay your remaining mortgage. But if you don't have a mortgage, you aren't required to buy home insurance.

Palisades had literally never had a fire before and State Farm dropped 70% of their policies there. They were proven right.
