A younger version of me had a fight with russet potatoes. I could not stand seeing them at the store; their prevalence bothered me—such an insipid potato.
I just finished making mashed potatoes with my favorite potato: the russet.
Ignorance is great when paired with inexperience.

I am more of a nature-decay fella, but at times I stretch myself to find emotion within the leftovers from the dreams of mankind.

Looking at these cat photos, after often hearing the term "bodega" thrown randomly in pop culture, I realize that when talking about my mother's job (in Mexico), I always say, "She owned a few convenience stores." I had that wrong—she actually owned bodegas; and now I'm flooded with nostalgia.

Yet another virtual space to hesitate about whether to share or not, and what—and why. But, hey! I have my name as my username.
