Feeling good with completing my small Jan goal of home training. Never been into gym stuff. Waterrower, kettlebells and pull-up bar. Basic as it is. Two apps helped me with being consistent - EXR for rowing and Fitbod for other training. Health body - healthy mind.

Just finished John Scalzi’s “Old Man’s War” .. damn good military sci-fi. Can see it easily happening as an HBO/Apple adaptation.

First time on twit.., bluesky .. no idea how to deal with it. Yet. Will figure out.
