big gothic castle in quake from last year. didn't make it for any other reason than I was using it to make new textures and enjoying myself.

Game 2 is gonna be set in a different setting because I wanna try a different genre, but Game 3 will very likely be set in Metal Garden's universe again :)

I've spent last couple of months since release just working on updates for the game, but I think I'm finally reaching the point where almost everything I wanted has been implemented.

So I should probably be able to start working on my next project pretty soon :)

I'm still experimenting with trim sheets and hotspot textures, but I hope to use those much more in the future.

For environments I mostly just use photo-sourced textures, edited to tile continuously. Some are from sites like textures. com and others are ones I've taken.

I also color grade them to be very low contrast, so I can get a softer look to the scene.
