Sadly, I have the same feeling. My only flicker of hope is that the animated series is canon and presented as a bridge from Shadow to the new game, but the comics were too and we know how badly we've been betrayed (I haven't recover from the "kiss" panel change).

twelve ish years later, but still to soon (even if Jonah grew on me, I'm still salty)
that said, Sam is in the animated series, so... maybe ? (dunno why I still have hope ^^)

Huge fan of the 2004 cult classic here, and I had a really good time with this game. Surely has flaws but the story is more and more interesting with some really good moments. Not a AAA and not a rpg but def a solid AA VtM game, who should have not be named Bloodlines 2, that stands on its own.

Ah ah, when I saw the scene I instantly thought this and then I was really looking forward to your ep (well, as usual per se ^^) to find if you'll reacted to it. Didn't disappoint. 😸

It's def an other world. It's refreshing (but the way they shoot the series, the in your face acting and all the post prod sound design are a lot to take in ; usually, as a slice of life lowkey romance jdrama watcher, I need to prep myself before watching a thai gl 😸).

They don't seem to want a toreador starving artist Welonz. A shame... (I blame Sebastian Lacroix from the Paradox Ventrue Tower ^^).

I remember when Bloodlines was released just around Half-Life 2 in 2004 (thanks to Activision who pushed Troika even if the game wasn't ready, decision that ultimately killed the dev studio) ; 2025, and Bloodlines 2 is released in a stacked october filled with huge titles. Same old, same old...
