Anyone here a lawyer? It appears to me that many laws or orders which effectively criminalize being trans are ‘ex post facto’ and not Constitutional per Article 1 Section 9. If I’m arrested in FL, TX for ‘incorrect’ docs, ‘wrong’ bathroom use, my crime was effectively being trans. Right?
