you get monitored I hope. My dependency was to an opioid so luckily no toxicity there & medical grade so Ive come out of that without any damage but thats luck and good medical care here, also access to long term substitution.

yeah you dont wanna risk hyperalgesia or such. Kinda lucky my pain perception staid normal (for me...) after 12 years of physical dependency. But my dosage was never super high and I know ppl who had to deal with their body readjusting which isnt fun

its also, in my experience as sbdy who tried it, not a fun one to use. Dosing needs math or recklessness and its just... depressive and thats it. Ppl who abuse it do it bc theres nothing better there, im pretty sure.

Tbh for that shit? kidney stones or similar? thats what pain meds are made for but I understand not wanting to use any if avoidable.
But tbh we get metamizole, like post foot surgery and it was not fun but doable.
And fentanyl is such a helpful useful one bc of the short duration

but I understand that I can do so and am able to be content with the consequences that come with being unwilling to do shit like make up (Im too lazy anyway) but not knowing how much it affects is kinda a blessing for me

being like very aggressively uninterested in it stopped people telling me their opinions on my hairstyle or such but Im sure it affected other thing
