The main issue some people have is how it affects over 16s and privacy laws around storing ids or using face recognition software to determine a users age.

I think this is terrible, our government hasn’t given any ideas on how it’ll be implemented. It was rushed through parliament even with pushback and the sites it’s applied to / not applied to seem to be counter intuitive to the goal.
