Blackburn Frontier Park UK Tesla supercharger is now available with 8 V4 stalls, located at M65 J6. This is an EV On-The-Move site. However Tesla have now removed “[EV OTM]” from all site names so you have no idea which is a 3rd Party supercharger and which is not, though they have higher pricing.

EV-On-The-Move Old Meadow UK Supercharger is now open at M58 J1 Maghull Services, north east of Liverpool. It seems EVOTM are replacing their ABB installations with Tesla where possible.

Dover UK Tesla Supercharger is now open with 11 V4 250kW stalls. It’s just off the A20 in the St James Retail and Leisure park and is open to all EVs (with CCS). Perfect for cross Channel traffic taking the ferry.

Lisburn, Northern Ireland Tesla supercharger is now open at Sprucefield Park, M1 J8. There are 8 V4 stalls open to all. The site is on the south side of the motorway, when zooming out, the Tesla map shows the pin in the incorrect location.

Knowsley Earlsfield UK EV-On-The-Move Tesla supercharger is now open with 8 V4 stalls. It’s on the south/west side of the M57 J2 at Earlsfield services, the pin location gets messed up the further you zoom out in the Tesla app.
