I made bagels. Miso-negi schmear inspired by some of the incredible shit Japanese bakeries are doing with bagels these days.
A stack of two golden brown bagels, with a third bagel split in half. One half rests against the stack, the other has been slathered with miso-green onion cream cheese and had a bite taken out of it. There's a little bowl of the same cream cheese sprinkled with snipped green onion.
