Behaving like a college football/basketball coach is the pinnacle of leadership. Abusing everyone you hold power over just demonstrates a commitment to winning, and she should be praised for smashing gender barriers on that front, and not held to a different standard… or something.

As was the case after WWII,the federal government is the only entity capable of restoring balance to our housing situation. Everything else is a waste of time.Our economy-minded PM should wonder what happens when 70% of HHI to rent becomes entrenched, and the beneficiaries are foreign investors.

In a funny coincidence during Trump 1, prices for some crude oil did drop more than 100% in April 2020. The sudden almost pausing of all gas consumption in North America, combined with a brief Russian price war, meant some refineries had to pay customers to take oil.
