TL;DR: Future outbreaks (e.g., mpox) will keep requiring HCWs to self-isolate after exposure—but we still lack evidence-based interventions to protect their wellbeing. Time to fix that.

Much of the recent evidence on ADHD prevalence since 2020 is low quality or outdated. Of 40 studies, only 4 had low risk of bias.
No clear 'surge', just a lack of solid data. We need better research to guide services and policy.
