Sometimes, if there’s more than a 5 minute wait for a bus and my route is short, I’ll walk and race the bus to my destination. Today, it was a tie. If all of the sidewalks had been plowed and salted, I would have won this one!

This has been my most challenging year as a creative business owner. My once overwhelming workflow screeched to a halt, I had to let people go, and I’ve given in to the hell that is job searching. I have anticipatory grief for workdays like today. Holding out hope for a revival in 2026. (Long sigh)
