I feel so dumb. I’ve only just now noticed Chris Columbus’ cameo in Home Alone 2. I feel like a fraud.
My only defense is that it’s a holiday movie from my childhood. I’ve had zero reason to watch it with any kind of attention or discrepancy. Things like this slip by, I guess.

Fun fact: 400 issues ago was when I made my first appearance in the letters page! I wrote a letter in response to the classic ASM #574 and while my letter didn’t get printed, I at least got a shoutout which blew my 12 year old mind.

Happy 20th Anniversary to Star Wars Battlefront 2!
The PS2 was my first console and as you can imagine a 9 year old in 2005, I LOVED Star Wars. I could easily start this up today and play Galactic Conquest in a heartbeat.

I met many comic creators this weekend, but I’ve always wanted to meet Chris Claremont.
I could’ve had him sign any number of famous X-Men comics in my collection.
But instead I had him (as well as Bob Hall) sign that issue of Marvel Team-Up where Spidey teams up with the cast of SNL.
