And also, it's been great to see the #CanMNT step up defensively without Moïse Bombito, but they still miss him

I hope he doesn't get thrown in too deep this window, as LDF and Waterman deserve minutes, but it'll be nice to see Bombito/Cornelius and maybe even Bombito/LDF this window

James Pantemis is a good return given his Portland form, although the Timbers will be keeping their fingers crossed that both of their goalkeepers return without any problems... not often you see a club lose both keepers in one window to the same National Team

Interesting to see no Daniel Jebbison up front, as Marsch has gone with 4 strikers for the first time in a while. Suggests he has some clarity at that position

He does have 5 wingers, though, so Millar's return puts pressure on Nelson/Shaffelburg

Was super cool to be out at Royal Athletic Park this weekend to see Pacific FC host Vancouver FC in the Salish Sea Derby

One note, with the #CanMNT's depth improving the way it has, seeing these sort of tactical tweaks is very interesting, as it could be a way for Jesse Marsch to use his squad to an advantage

All of a sudden, he can settle tough XI debates by throwing guys in to games they suit, which helps a lot
