Oh, sorry about that. Bannon is saying that Republicans are going to hand out tax cuts to billionaires and corporations and expand the military budget to $1 trillion. While Bannon's in favor of INCREASING taxes on those two groups and not expanding the military to help with the deficit. Surprised!
