“When you offset taxes when you already have such a low tax base, there are consequences. We’ve been feeling it in Northern Nevada,” [Hill] said.

Until last week when MAGA Republicans in the Senate with the help of some Democrats struck a deal to re-open the government and gut not only healthcare but also these life-saving funds used to fight domestic violence.

I am providing some resources for those in need, while we still have them.

For decades, the federal government has provided guaranteed funds to protect countless women and children during what is assuredly among the worst moments in their lives.

We see this every day, from voters showing up to our events to the grassroots protest that killed the Hollywood Handout. Whether or not Alexis is included in an out-of-state poll, we know she's the best shot Democrats have to beat Lombardo. —Team Alexis

I am proud to have been a part of this coalition. This shows what we can do when we work together, that there is still hope in this dark political time we find ourselves in if we stand up and stand together.

We need funding for the AG's office AND a governor who'll actually fight corporate greed, not roll over for it.
November 20, 2025 at 1:15 AM
The AG's office is already understaffed and has failed to hold the powerful accountable: Boring Co's safety violations. MAGA extremists breaking campaign finance laws. Tech companies price gouging rent.

Good ideas mean nothing without enforcement.
November 20, 2025 at 1:15 AM
The AG claims his office can enforce new rules against corporate housing takeovers WITHOUT additional funding. Translation? Toothless policy.
