I've been seeing my favorite fuzzy friends around! 🍂🐛

I misspoke earlier. Zyrtec also works (or it did last time I took it), but I'm currently taking Equate brand chlorpheniramine maleate tablets.
They only last 4 hours, but they really help with my sneezing and congestion. Less so for my itchy eyes; I sometimes have to supplement them with eye drops.

I suffer from seasonal allergies, and Claritin does nothing.
Zyrtec (specifically the off-brand version) is the only medicine that works for me.

Well, I’m going to the Dragon Days festival up in Lake Geneva again this year at least.
I first visited last year, but wasn’t able to visit Gary Gygax’s home. Getting there nice and early this time to try again.

That’s the thing: I don’t travel 😅
My sense of direction is terrible, and I find driving to be both uncomfortable and stressful.
The local faire is an hour away, which is about as far as I can tolerate.

Like I said, I always enjoy going, but a change of scenery would be welcome.
There aren’t any other fairs within a reasonable distance around me that I’m aware of though.

I haven’t been to my local Renaissance Faire in a couple of years. It’s been too hot this summer.
Always nice to go, but I’ve been so many times that nothing feels novel anymore.

I added some helpful labels

Line graph. Y axis is “# likes” and x axis is “time spent drawing”

The line peaks at very low time, shitpost mountain, and very high time, payoff peak, and is otherwise low in likes. The first long dip is called the valley of vanishing likes. The dip after the second peak is called the pit of perfection.

That was an illustration I did for an upcoming module for the Aeres Chronicles ttrgp.
