What do you see as the downsides to using a Dividend Aristocrat ETF or mutual fund to achieve a diverse dividend-paying portfolio (as compared to owning a hand-picked selection of diversified individual dividend paying stocks)?

What is your expected timeline for needing access to the income funds generated from your portfolio? Do you use them to live off of now? Or is this strategy purely with an eye toward retirement?

Is this a first step to consolidating support for protected bike lanes? On Spruce and Pine in particular?
If it’s illegal to park/stop in bike lanes, then it seems like a small and natural step to physically prevent cars from entering the bike lanes with physical barriers.
