Very warm September this year.

Found myself in hospital 🏥 a week ago. Gallstones in my bladder were a reason enough for an operation. Now I’m back home, 3 kgs lighter and on the strictest diet in my life.

Do you commute to work by #bike? I bought an #ebike about a month ago and absolutely love my trips to work. It is 24 km one way and I’m doing two 2️⃣ or three 3️⃣ rides per week. It’s still a moderate workout and a wonderful opportunity to enjoy great views of the city. 🌆

You can feel that cities are warmer than the surroundings. Living in a 15 mln city I can see a 2 degree difference when I drive into the city area. But it’s much worse in Phoenix it has one of the nation’s largest urban heat island effects, urban areas are 8 degrees warmer than their surroundings.
