I was on LBC talking to James O'Brien today about the "Abolish Landlords" policy passed at the Green Party of England and Wales conference yesterday. Homes are for people, not investment.

Let's abolish landlords!

The rental sector is broken. Renters give 1/3 of our income to pay off the debt on someone else's asset. This is a direct transfer of wealth from workers to asset holders.

It’s time we brought this to an end and built housing for everyone.

I remember having Lib Dems telling me @greenparty.org.uk was pointless because they were just as green. The proof is in the pudding: there is only one choice if you care about the environment and future generations: The Green Party.

"The Green Party are not your friends" - An interesting criticism from a party who aren't your friend if you're disabled, a small business owner, a pensioner or a child in poverty. Labour's only friends seem to be the super rich, who they won't ask for a penny more from.
