It seems silly to fully stop play? But maybe if the puck accidentally crosses centre it’s a faceoff in your end, and if it’s intentional it’s a delay of game?

The only part I’m not sure about with over and back, is should it be a penalty if you do it? Or simply just lose possession? Losing possession would look extremely weird (almost like a shinny game) but an actual penalty feels aggressive too.

Yeah, I mean 3on3 is already far away enough from traditional hockey that I think if you simply added over and back at the redline, it wouldn’t feel that bad, but it’d make so much of a difference imo.

That would keep the purists somewhat happy too, b/c you’re not removing offside/icings
