Be it from economic pains or political protest, don’t buy in 2025 does appear to have happened.

James Comey is an annoying show horse and while it was fun, it’s good this kangaroo court has come to an end.

Besides so many mid tier donors who are the lifeblood of state electeds are landlords and developers, the GOP is the Boomer party.

Boomers are mainly current home owners and they tend to demand policies to jack up their home values.

The GOP will never be the party of housing affordability.
Republicans admit they have no policies to address America’s out of control housing costs.

This isn’t surprising, the establishment of both parties has long gotten drunk off of the money from the legions of real estate developers and landlords who donate to local and state politicians.

This was clear from the beginning. South Beach and South Florida are in a bad economic situation. Home prices are too high, wages too low, and tourists are being scared off with anti spring break campaigns.

NYC is fine. It’s us who need to get our act together.
The truth comes out about Miami Beach’s ad campaign:

“Galbutt decided to fund an ad campaign out of frustration over what he views as economic stagnation at one of Florida’s most popular resort destinations.”

The real estate developer admits the economy in South Florida — not NYC — is weak.

Trump’s threats of executions are extreme, but remember:

Trump’s injustice department has been unable to make a convincing case against a single political opponent and was even unable to indicate a ham sandwich in DC.

So while it’s disturbing it’s more old man screams at cloud than new normal.
Crow: "It's so telling that when members of Congress simply remind service members of the Constitution and their duty to obey the law that he cannot handle that and resorts to threats of violence and execution. That tells you everything you need to know about Trump's respect for the Constitution"

Media: A few days ago Mamdani, you said Trump is a fascist. You said it again yesterday.

Do you still believe that today? You say yes again?

Ok how about now?

What about now a minute later?

You sure?

What about right now?
WELKER: Just to be clear, do you think President Trump is a fascist?

MAMDANI: After President Trump said that, I said yes

WELKER: So you do

Far right attacks on Wicked are hilarious.

Both in how unimportant the movies are but also, Wicked at the end of the day tries to whitewash a character who commits war crimes and enslaves people while the original books had of queer and trans characters with a very progressive vibe.
