it's weird to still have had this living connection to some part of my childhood just hanging out in my parents' house, still bearing witness to my family's life this far into adulthood. an unusually hearty little guy who chills in a terrarium and witnesses most major stages of my life.

it's a Stephen Sommers movie. the guy really only knows how to make cheeseball schlock. the question is only whether the cheeseball schlock is enjoyable (The Mummy, Deep Rising) or not (...the rest?)
