Indeed and, didn't the same god caused the disaster in the first place? or isn't him/her/it supposed to be aware it will happen?

I'll never understand who are these people are praying to. Isn't everything suppose to happen in their "god's perfect plan"? It's like "loving" the firing squad. Are there two gods? One that makes flood happen and one that saves people from those floods?
