I recently joined a book club, dutifully read the book (which I enjoyed and thoughtfully annotated), and went to the meeting and barely anyone read it or wanted to talk about it? Is this normal book club behavior?

This guy sounds smart to people who aren’t that bright.

The best gyms are always the ones in a weird industrial part of town. If you have to go down some frontage road and park in between an auto body shop and some HVAC repair place to get there you know they’re going to have every specialty bar under the sun.

My niche interest right now is thinking about how the timeline would have been different if Grimes made an album with Jack Antonoff in 2016.
