Only a tiny bit of weight lost this week, but I did some higher weights and a couple new things too so there was progress.
Going to really try in February to be stricter on my diet, but with the circumstances atm, we shall see.

End of week 12.
My weight’s stayed the same, but body fat has apparently dropped 0.2% this week.
Still struggling to get to 4 times a week, but am getting 3 sessions in & this week all “proper” ones.
This is the longest I’ve stuck with it, so that’s a win. Still no visual change on my hips though 😪

Week 11… It says 3 sessions, but it was more 2.5 because of how tired I was Wednesday.
Still not seeing much visual change, but my weight is staying down. Half a stone down since I started the gym and almost a whole stone lighter than I was in the summer at my heaviest.
