As 2024 comes to a close, I’m grateful. While some significantly good things have come out of this year (welcoming a niece, my band), this has easily been the most difficult year of my life mentally and emotionally. I’m grateful to have survived. I’m still surviving.

Austin Hays will be non-tendered today by the Phillies, according to Heyman of the NY Post. A midseason trade away from Baltimore didn’t work out as Hays suffered from injury and illness throughout the season. He’s set to become a free agent.
