Also, getting a volunteer credit for providing sign language support ('toilet' being an important sign!).
It's one of the #volunteer roles where you can complete the course too if you wish.

It's great to be working with patients at West Park Hospital NRU again - funded by DDC Engineering and Your RWTC.

Private companies can demonstrate their commitment to social values by funding such projects.

My pencil drawing of a labrador and watercolour painting of a hedgehog, along with 2 others, will be part of the Junction art exhibition in July at The Chindit which is a brilliant pub just outside Wolverhampton town centre.

I recently ran Stafford #HalfMarathon, yay!! 😊🏃🏻‍♂️

It was exhausting!😞

I didn't put enough training in beforehand, and I had to stop a few times for a breather.

But that's kind of like life isn't it? Sometimes you just need to stop and gather your energy before you can get over the finish line.

Two drawings of Stokesay Castle.

The top one was drawn in 1955 by my dad Max and the bottom one was drawn by me yesterday, 70 years later.

Am image showing two pencil drawings of a castle, one above the other. The drawings are line drawings with some shading of Stokesay Castle in Shropshire. The top image was drawn by Max Vann in 1955 when he was 16 years old. The bottom drawing was made by his son Alex (me) from roughly the same spot in April 2025, 70 years later.

It's #SignLanguageWeek !
Here are some simple 'family' signs for when you communicate with a Deaf person.

It's more inclusive to have a go at some basic signs than not, and you won't be judged or assessed on your signing skills!
