Jersey’s Millennium Town Park was agreed by a single vote after a government minister put his ring binder down on his desk and pressed the wrong voting button. 😂

A plea to anyone cleverer than me: why does my new iPhone no longer function as a phone?
I put it in flight mode when I left Jersey, then when I landed, no amount of restarting or resetting gets either SIM back to life?!
