Thankfully these days I listen to my body, eat when I’m hungry and what I’m craving, somewhat the same with sleep and the like. As a result I’m fat as heck but healthier than I had been. Thank you friend ^^

For someone who works with often disordered eating, he speaks with no sympathy or empathy. The people he’s speaking to are going through extremely difficult situations, but he seems to view their struggles as “laziness” cause fat.
Plus he’s a TV doctor which is already fairly wrong in my opinion.

Generally speaking it’s the remaining juices/ fat/ wine or whatever from the cooking of the meat, strained and cooked off until thickened. Sometimes emulsifiers like butter or roux can be added to make a pan sauce.

I’m SHOCKED we haven’t picked it up in Scotland yet, one place in St Andrews used to sell it with mozzarella instead of cheese curds and it wasn’t the best.

Working in highly specialised autism care, nightshift. I’ve been bitten and had bones broken / hair ripped out on shift and we get £13.57 an hour… it’s a joke.
