1 Loaf:

-2 cups all purpose flour
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp heaped baking soda
-1 full cup of buttermilk

Preheat oven 350°F
Mix dry ingredients, make a well and pour in buttermilk, toss until it all sticks together, knead on a well floured surface (don’t overdo), make into ball, score in a cross

Also, I used gochujang instead of gochugara because it was easier to find in stores.
