Parkrun volunteer number 1. Macclesfield. 08.03.2025. Had a slight cold this week so decided to rest up and volunteer instead. What a great and rewarding experience! A lovely warm day with lots of smiles and good running cheer seen all round. 50th park run now next week!

Parkrun number 49. Crewe. 01.03.2025. Time 22:18. Slight tiredness after a long hard week so took it a bit easier but a beautiful sunny morning and a stunning park to do it in. Loved it. Onwards be to next week and looking forward to my 50th Parkrun!

Nice slow (slightly lazy) 11k jog along the Macclesfield canal this morning. Gloomy morning but some lovely snapshots grabbed on the way to brighten the day
