Day 17 of using homemade hemp milk. I added protein powder to this batch. It made it creamier and whiter but didn't make it any easier to foam. A barista suggested trying xanthm gum.

I immediately feel the need to correct myself. I don't know that anyone is in the position to "own" a cat. I am in the position of currently being the guardian of a Princess of Murder who can not be trusted with small animals.
