money spread but for hrt

putting this much underdrive on a road bike sounds silly (lowest gear is 24:40) but in practice it means that i can ride up 20%+ gradients with about 10kg of shopping in my rucksack and still be alive when i get to the top

sometimes i think that 7 months is a long time to have been on hrt for and then i remember that 1 year is 5 months away and 2 years is 17 months away and my impatient ass is temporarily humbled for like a week before i start getting neurotic about how HRT Is "Not Doing Anything" again

recently got one of my other bikes serviced and upgraded with new parts and of course i had to sticker it up a little bit~
