I love the idea of a blue Arctic belt including the EU, Norway, UK, Greenland, Canada, Ukraine, and Turkey.
Based on rule of law, joint economic and military forces, and associated with Mercosur, ASEAN, and African Union, this would become THE global powerhouse.
It is time to rethink togetherness.
