why give this rhetorical opening to trump to say "Actually my personal paramilitary i'm occupying your state with IS trained" - especially regarding a case where the killer has 8 years experience? it's like theyre so used to when US party politics was pure theatre they cant adjust to real conflict

not even for the sake of what's right (though it is), just out of a basic sense of self preservation: why would you not use your power and release a statement with the strongest rhetoric possible to rally people to your side against someone who wants to destroy your life?
