Keep on contacting the attorney generals who are attacking Section 504. When they lie and state “we’re not looking to make the whole law unconstitutional,” direct them to page 37 of the lawsuit they signed on to.

1/ As someone who has made a career of supporting individuals with disabilities, and the parent of kids with disabilities, I am deeply concerned by the current legal challenge to Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act in the case of Texas v. Becerra.
