Last night was wonderful! The Rockets won and are still in the race for the cup. Congrats!! Saw Interstellar rereleased on the big screen. Always a thought-provoking watch. Has anyone successfully defrosted small, gluten free frozen cakes on a countertop? I grabbed the Inspired by Happiness “Dreamin’ of Strawberries White Chocolate Shortcake” but need to take it to an event today so I don’t have the overnight thaw option. GF SOS! #glutenfreebaking #glutenfree
