Many late diagnosed autistic people don’t “look autistic” because if we had, we’d have been punished harder and earlier.
So we adapted.
That adaptation doesn’t cancel autism.
It confirms it.
You don’t “not look autistic”.

Yes, it's pages and pages of redacted information and that's infuriating. But ffs, you can be mad at that without making light of abuse. The vast majority of the victims are still alive and watching people "on their side" make jokes.
