Libraries have done even more during the COVID-19 pandemic, supporting testing, contact tracing, and distributing essential resources like masks and at-home tests.

Public health is my profession, but if I ever return to direct service work, I'd love to do it as a public librarian. Libraries do so much more than lend books—they’re crucial to community health.
