I'm away for the week at a place I've holidayed at since being a kid. Friday nights here have always been fish 'n chips night. It's also one of, if not the best chippy In England.

I'm doing my best to eat "in moderation" this week as on Friday I'm getting stuck into a massive plate of fish 'n chips!

That sounds like the best way to be fair, less guilt when you feast on healthy food.

I'd give it a damn good go. Good homemade food needs given the respect it deserves, by devouring it all. Must take willpower to ration it!

Now the issue there is, if it tastes as good as it looks, that pan is one serving haha.
